Quite an unusual combination, I know. But try it! If not for anything else, at least for the colour - so pretty! And it's so good for you: beets have lots of vitamins and fibre, but less sugar than fruits that usually go in smoothies. One of my favourites!
Ingredients
1 large beetroot, cooked (I use those vacuum packed from a supermarket)
1/2 large mango
Few spoons of natural yoghurt
Instructions
Just blend all the ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
