Kiwi & Sharon Fruit Smoothie

I admit, this is not the prettiest smoothie I have seen or made. But it tastes really good and it's something different to the conventional strawberry-banana thing. Try variations with grated ginger or squeeze of lemon juice or a dash of orange juice. Or you can just go let your imagination go wild and add whatever you fancy!

 


Ingredients
  • 1 large Sharon fruit (Persimmon)
  • 2 ripe kiwi

Instructions

Simply cut the fruit into chunks and blend until smooth, adding some water - the amount depends on how thick/liquid you like your smoothies.I like them really thick so I only add a little bit of water.
