I love blueberries. I could probably eat them in any amount. And they are high in nutrients. Blueberries are a good source of vitamin K, they contain vitamin C, fibre, manganese and other antioxidants. So... let's have blueberry banana smoothie for breakfast!
Ingredients
150g blueberries
1/2 banana, peeled and chopped
3tbsp natural yoghurt
Few spoons of water
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
